Dragon Village Project: New Life in Eastern Saigon

Surbana Jurong (Singapore) designed the Dragon Village style Oasis Garden - Singapore's typical town in a garden.

On this 6th of January, Phu Long real estate developers are launching the Dragon Village project, a residential complex that breathes new life into the bustling central Saigon. The project lies beside the country’s highway, just 3km away from amenities: Samsung high-tech park, Fulbright uni, and convenient services.

According to (Singaporean) Surbana Jurong architects, the Dragon Village is designed in the Oasis Garden style — the typical Singaporean garden city with secluded quarters: Dragon Parc the villa, Dragon Town the business buildings, and Dragon Garden the apartment complex. Together with the surrounding commercial streets, theme parks, and lakes, they create a tranquil environment that shelters residents from the world’s noise, yet still ensures sustainability and increasing value with their very own amenities.

These amenities include parks, tropical gardens, landscaped lakes, jogging tracks, a clubhouse, a gym, pools, multi-purpose sports fields, convenience stores, healthcare centers, food courts, an elementary school, and a kindergarten.

Dragon Village is the first project developed in Eastern Saigon by Phu Long, after their success in Southern Saigon, Dragon City. It’s made to promote a lifestyle that’s modern, secure, culture-rich, and environmentally friendly.
